Day 01: Drive from Kathmandu (1350m.) to Dolakha (1660m.) via Lamosangu (750m.) and Charikot (1980m.) by bus. Stay overnight at camp.
Day 02: Drive from Dolakha to Shigati (950m.) via Piguti (920m) which takes about three and half hours. The trails pass through a gravel road crossing the different villages of a mixed community. We then cut across several streams and jungles with varieties of orchid, rhododendron and other natural vegetation.

Day 03: Trek from Shigati to Jagat (1440m.) which takes about seven hours. We trek through a normal flat land along the banks of the river and then pass through a rice terraced field. There are a few small village hamlets found on the way which are inhabited by different ethnic communities. We continue to cross jungles covered by orchid, a few rhododendron trees and wild vegetation. We next cross a suspension bridge to reach Jagat, a small town resided in by people from different cultures. We interact with the local folks to understand what life is like on these rugged mountains with the help of the guide who will do the interpretation. Stay overnight at camp.
Day 04: Trek from Jagat to Simigaon (2020m.) which takes about seven and half hours. The first part of the trail follows normally a flat path which ascends and descends through the jungle. At several points we cross a suspension bridge where numerous settlements are found on the way. We will also find small teashops and local grocery shops in some areas. We then climb steeply up to Simigaon, a village inhabited by Buddhist and a few Hindus. Stay overnight at camp.
Day 05: Trek from Simigaon to Daldung La (3976m.) which takes about seven hours. On the route we come across some Sherpa villages. The uphill trek is rich with different varieties of plants and Rhododendron trees. After this, the uphill trail takes ascending and descending paths as we enjoy the natural scenic beauty of our surroundings. If it happens to be the season, we will witness the Yak Naka which is a temporary Yak shed constructed especially for the preparation of cheese and butter. Stay overnight at camp.
Day 06: Trek from Daldung La to Beding (3690m.) which takes about seven and a half hours. The trek now ascends uphill through different varieties of plants and Rhododendron trees. We trek over suspension bridges lapping over deep gorges in a few places making the trek even more enchanting. We finally reach Beding which is a big Sherpa village. The Sherpa are known for their legendary mountain skills. Stay overnight at camp.
Day 07: Rest day at Beding for acclimatization. You can hike in and around for acclimatization and have panoramic views of mountains like Mt. Gauri Shanker and the Tibetan mountains across the Tibetan border. Stay overnight at camp.
Day 08: Trek from Beding to Na (4180m.) which takes about four hours. On this day we explore the upper slopes of the valley for the Snow Partridge or a visit to the nearby glacier lake. The trail slightly ascends along the river bank. This is an open area with fresh air where we here the charming sounds of the flowing river. We can have panoramic views of the mountains as the trek moves forward. we will also come across a Sherpa village where we can interact with these famous climbers and learn about their culture. Stay overnight at camp.
Day 09: Rest Day at Na. we will be able to witness the various views of mountains like Gauri Shanker, Menlung, Yalung and mountains of the Tibetan range. On this day we can hike Tso Rolpa Lake for excursion. We will be able to witness the beautiful Natural Lake filled with the chilling water of the glaciers.

Day 10: Trek from Na to Beding which takes about five hours. The path slightly descends along the river bank. We enjoy panoramic views of Menlung, Gauri Shankar and many other unnamed mountains and peaks. Stay overnight at camp.
Day 11: Trek from Beding to Daldung La (3976m.) which takes about six hours. The trek now descends downhill through varieties of plants and Rhododendron trees. We trek over the suspension bridges stretching over deep gorges in a few areas. Stay overnight at camp.
Day 12: Trek from Daldung La to Simigaon which takes about six hours. On the route we come across picturesque Sherpa villages. The downhill trek is rich in different varieties of plants and Rhododendron trees. After the downhill trek we will now come across ascending and descending paths while enjoying the scenic beauty of the place. Stay overnight at camp.
Day 13: Trek from Simigaon to Jagat which takes about six hours. The first part of your trail follows normally a flat path, and then it descends and ascends through the jungle. At several places, we backtrack across suspension bridges. There are numerous villages on your way. Stay overnight at camp.
Day 14: Trek from Jagat to Shigati which takes about seven hours. Crossing a suspension bridge, we trek through normal flat lands along the side of the river. We backtrack through rice terrace fields. There are small villages on your way which are inhabited by mixed communities. At several points, we cross jungles covered by orchid, few rhododendron trees and wild vegetation. Stay overnight at camp.
Day 15: Trek from Shigati to Dolakha (1660m.) which takes about three and half hours. We have to cross several streams and jungles with varieties of orchid, rhododendron and other natural vegetation. The trails pass through a gravel road crossing different villages of mixed communities. Stay overnight at camp.
Day 16: After an early morning b/fast, we drive from Dolakha to Kathmandu.
